I do regular work for probate lawyers tracing potential claimants to the estate of individuals who die intestate, with a view to gathering documentary evidence of kinship to the deceased in order for that lawyer to approach these claimants to offer to represent them on a no-win-no-fee basis. I can also work for individuals who have discovered that they may be entitled to the share of an estate, independently of a probate lawyer, in order to gather together all potential claimants in order to expedite the process.
